Description
Preparation
- Sit at a preacher curl bench
- With palms facing down armpits should be touching top of pad
- Grasp the bar with an overhand shoulder width grip
Action
- Keeping the elbows on the pad, curl the bar up
- Stop when the forearms are vertical
Return
- Lower the bar until the elbow is fully extended
