EZ Bar Preacher Curl

Description

Preparation

  • Sit at a preacher curl bench
  • With palms facing up armpits should be touching top of pad
  • Grasp the ez bar with an underhand shoulder width grip

Action

  • Keeping the elbows on the pad, curl the bar up
  • Stop when the forearms are vertical

Return

  • Lower the bar until the elbow is fully extended
