Barbell Tricep Bench Press

Description

Preparation

  • Lie face up on a flat bench, with the bar above the lower chest
  • The barbell should be mounted in it rack, in the arms extended position
  • Your feet should be flat on the floor
  • Grasp the bar with an overhand grip shoulder width apart

Action

  • Dismount the bar, checking that it is evenly balanced
  • Smoothly lower it to your upper chest
  • Keep your wrists straight and elbows close to your sides

Return

  • Press the bar back up until arms are fully extended
