Barbell Tricep Bench Press
Description
Preparation
- Lie face up on a flat bench, with the bar above the lower chest
- The barbell should be mounted in it rack, in the arms extended position
- Your feet should be flat on the floor
- Grasp the bar with an overhand grip shoulder width apart
Action
- Dismount the bar, checking that it is evenly balanced
- Smoothly lower it to your upper chest
- Keep your wrists straight and elbows close to your sides
Return
- Press the bar back up until arms are fully extended
