Preparation

  • Lie on your back on an inclined bench
  • Grasp the bar, shoulder width, with an overhand grip
  • Dismount the bar from the rack
  • The arms should be vertical

Action

  • Keeping the back on the bench, raise the shoulders without flexing the arms
