The Big Four Workout|
- Specific workout for the increase of muscle mass through the use of only the basic multi-joint exercises.
- 8 Weeks
Each muscle group is trained using only the basic exercises multi-joint central to the development of muscle mass. Series with constant high weight with the addition of some forced reps or negative. Each session is completed with an exercise for the abdominals. NOTES The weights used are the limit and we recommend the presence of a helper to the latest repetitions The training program lasts 6 weeks. Each week training is structured on 4 sessions to limit training to 4/5 exercises per session.
